A little more about Tease
Tease menu will take Rogue Valley residents on a world tour of small plates with big taste. Featuring innovative culinary creations in a signature global fusion style, all plates are priced under $20, most under $10. In the spirit of creating community-inspired cuisine, customers are invited to visit TeaseRestaurant.net to request dishes and drinks that they would like to see on the menu.
Longtime locals will remember chef Trey Hansen from the 38 Central, Café Dejeuner, Carriage House at Nunan Estate, and Jacksonville Inn. Before becoming a Rogue Valley resident, Chef Hansen studied at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena while working with Wolfgang Puck’s catering division.
The Tease Alchemist’s menu features an eclectic array of specialty drinks with exotic ingredients including The Saint with Elderflower Liqueur, Eternal Sunshine with Pama Liqueur, and Pangea with Rosewater. Other originals Local Honey and Organic Pomegranate feature hometown spirits from Organic Nation.
Starting in mid-May, Tease will be open 7 days a week at 5PM with a special P.S. menu for late-nighters. Cultural offerings including movies, music, poker, poetry, sketching, and more will be available on most nights.
“I have always created spaces that celebrate the spirit of my clients. With Tease, I wanted there to be a sophisticated downtown gathering place for the vast array of personalities that makes Ashland such a fantastic a place to be.” said Tease co-creator Julie O’Dwyer, former design diva at Terra Firm Home. “Community starts with the basics like eating, drinking and having some fun together. So Marc and I are inviting everyone down for a little nightly food and festivities. We’ve created Tease to be one of Ashland’s hot spots for culture, from classical to cutting edge, and aim to please not only your palette, but most of your other senses too.”
